• 1. Downstairs master bedroom. Demolition of old bathroom to install shower tub with glass door and install tiles on all walls, floor, new cabinets vanity, lighting fixtures, toilet, mirror. Paint a full bathroom with a door.
• 2. Same thing upstairs master bathroom.
• 3. Down stairs hallway bathroom. Install new bathtub and rest as above with special paint design by Manoratha.
